7.1. New Features¶

• Columbiaville Support

• Pktmbuf API changes

• Txgen support for different packet sizes and pcap replay

• Examples (pktfwd and xdpfwd) forwarding mode support

• CMON tool added - for finding and configuring interrupt cores

7.2. Known Issues¶

• The following Testcne test suites are currently failing: loop

• The example apps (xdpfwd and pktfwd) are sending all 0s packets in tx-only mode.

7.3. Limitations¶

• Currently the Prometheus go agent only supports collecting metrics from one CNDP process. It will be extended in the follow up release to support multiple processes.
